Ingredients
- For dough:
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning optional
- Toppings:
- 3 1/2 tbsp unsweetened tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1¼ cups (6 oz.) shredded provolone cheese or mozarella cheese
- 1½ oz. pepperoni
- Optional:
- olives
- mushrooms
- red bell pepper

Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Step 2
- In a medium bowl, mix mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, microwave for 22-30 seconds. Mix well and place to microwave again for 25 seconds and mix thoroughly.
- Step 3
- Add the remaining dough ingredients: egg, baking powder, flour, and Italian seasoning (optional). Mix completely, then knead by hand then form the crust, use a rolling pin to even thickness and place to nonstick pan or you can use cast iron pan (my favorite one).
- Step 4
- Bake the dough for 10 minutes at 425 degrees F, remove when done.
- Step 5
- Add the toppings: tomato sauce, cheese, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers. Bake for another 10 minutes.
- Step 6
- Remove when done. Enjoy!
